Matthias Bosse, a visionary leader with a distinguished maritime career spanning over four decades, is the CEO known for his exceptional contributions to the superyacht and luxury cruise industry. As the founder of Swiss Ocean, Hawk Yachts and Splendid Sea, Matthias is at the forefront of yacht development and management, setting new standards of excellence in the industry.
With a remarkable history as the captain of mega-yachts like the “Lady Moura” and the “Carinthia VII”, as well as expedition and luxury cruise ships such as “Europa”, rated #1 worldwide, Matthias brings invaluable expertise in maritime operations.
Matthias holds a solid foundation in Nautical Engineering, earned from the University of Applied Sciences in Bremen. His unique blend of technical knowledge and visionary leadership has positioned him as a driving force in the industry, continually pushing boundaries and delivering exceptional results.
Georg Albrecht Heine
Director
Georg Albrecht Heine is a seasoned Hotelier with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. His entrepreneurial focus on full concept development, project management, and brand creation has led to a career marked by innovation and excellence.
Georg has successfully managed and directed projects across diverse international markets, including Malta, Italy, Portugal, Corsica, and Germany. Notable highlights in his portfolio encompass iconic establishments such as Soho House Berlin, the prestigious Adlon Holding and China Club Berlin, visionary ventures like Aethos Hotels, and the historic restoration of the Telegraphenamt Berlin.
